| Delivery Tariffs and Information
The Pet Points standard delivery charge is 4.00(GBP) for all orders under 60.00(GBP)
Orders over 60.00(GBP) are free.
Should you reside outside of mainland UK including the Highlands of Scotland and the Islands of the UK a surcharge will added to your order. Please refer to the detailed prices below for more info.
On receipt of your order we have a standard handling term of 24hrs. Once dispatched our couriers will deliver the goods on a standard 3-5 working day basis. Should there be nobody at home then please do not panic, our friendly couriers will leave you a card with their number so you may contact them to arrange a more suitable date for delivery.
Free Next Day delivery
Pet Points also offer a Free Next Day delivery option. Unlike some suppliers we will not charge a premium for this service however we are restricted to the number of deliveries we may send out using this service. Should you require your parcel in a hurry then please let us know via sales@pet-points.com and we shall endeavour to meet your requirements.
In the unlikely event that your chosen item is not in stock we will immediately inform you by email and either recommend alternatives or offer a full refund. Please note however that our suppliers are regularly delivering to the Pet Points warehouse and should your item not be available it will only be a matter of days away.

Scottish Highlands and Islands - Surcharge of £10.95 will be added to your bill:

Europe and the Rest of the World
Pet Points do deliver throughout Europe. Should you require a price for us to deliver then please choose the Europe and Rest of the World option and we shall be happy to quote you.
Returns policy
All products come with a 14 days, no quibble money back guarantee(minus any P&P costs), as long as the product is returned to us unused with all prices/swing tags still intact in a sellable condition. All products returned to Pet-Points.com must be done so at the customers cost, unless it is proven that the product left our warehouse in an unfit state Pet-Points.com will replace your goods at our cost. If a product has had its tags removed or has been marked by the customer it will be refused a credit and returned to the customer in the state it was received in.
If the size you have chosen is found to be incorrect for your needs then once the product has been returned to Pet-Points.com the correct size will be supplied and returned at the customers cost. However, if the correct size is no longer in stock the customer may request a new item or full refund (minus any P&P costs incurred).
If a product is found to be faulty by the customer, then the goods are to be returned to the Pet-Points.com and we will return to the manufacturer where it will undergo a "validity check". Once the item has undergone the check it will be deemed by the manufacturer whether the goods are faulty or not. The manufacturers decision in this is final and if found to be faulty the customer will receive a full credit and notification.
This does not affect your statuatory rights.
